How I met Lance~

Kelly is hosting how you met your husband~

Here is our story.......I knew Lance in High School and can remember him reving his truck motor and his red carhart coat(for some reason I remember that coat) anyway we had a lot of the same friends and knew a lot of the same but didn't hang out. Which was good because I thought he was wild. As we went through our early 20's we both had relationships and fun, but never found the right one. One night at church my mother was talking to a man a church and asked him to pray for me and for guidance on finding a husband. A couple of weeks later my aunt called and said my uncle had a friend at work and they thought we would enjoy hanging out together. I thought well if he hangs out with my uncle he probably wont be my type-not being mean but just thought we wouldn't have anything in common. I told my aunt sure that would be fun to meet someone new and asked his name.....O! I knew him in high school hummmmmmm, ok tell him to call me if he wants. I waited all week kinda hoping he would call but it was going to be ok if he didn't , well he did and we talked on the phone like we had known each other for years. I could tell already Lance was very sweet. So we met that Friday and ate at Texas Road House and talked and talked and talked and drank sweet tea all night. From then on we have been together. We have been so blessed.
